The team delivers lawn care maintenance, seasonal cleanups, irrigation activation and deactivation, plant and tree trimming, tree removal, and gutter cleaning. The Team Lead Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Grant, MI. This role oversees daily landscaping crews, assigns work orders, and ensures projects such as lawn maintenance, cleanups, trimming, irrigation services, and hardscape installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Team Lead Manager coordinates schedules, manages materials and equipment, and communicates with customers and office staff about project status and service needs.

Responsibilities include training and guiding crew members, monitoring adherence to safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, and helping maintain a clean, organized yard and work vehicles. The role may also support basic estimating, documentation of work completed, and continuous improvement of processes and service quality.

• Candidates should possess skills in crew leadership, team coordination, and on-site supervision to manage daily landscaping operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in customer communication, basic service documentation, and collaboration with office staff to ensure clear project updates and strong client relationships.
• Candidates should possess skills in safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment, adherence to safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting of common equipment issues.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and problem-solving to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and address challenges in the field.
• Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to Grant, MI, and the ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor construction, and prior leadership or crew lead experience are strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training or certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or construction are a plus.
