Sidewalk Crew Member

Wolverine Lawn Services is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Sidewalk Crew Members for the upcoming winter season. As a Sidewalk Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our community by keeping sidewalks, entrances, steps, and other pedestrian areas clear of snow and ice during winter weather events. • Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, steps, and pedestrian areas using shovels, snow blowers, and power brooms
• Apply salt and other de-icing products as needed
• Operate small equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with Crew Leads and Zone Leaders during each weather event
• Assist teammates in areas where equipment cannot reach
• Follow all safety and quality standards set by Wolverine Lawn Services
• Work safely in cold, snowy, and low-light conditions

• Dependable and able to report promptly when called
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather conditions
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious
• Reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location
• Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, or construction is helpful but not required

$23-$28 per hour based on experience and role. This is a seasonal, on-call position with most shifts occurring overnight during third-shift hours. Shift lengths and weekly hours will vary depending on weather conditions, and extended shifts may be required during larger storms.
