Role: IVR QA Analyst

Location: Dimondale, MI
Duration: 8 months (high possibility of extension)
Interview Type: Skype/Webcam

Job Requirements / Desired

Skills:

• 5+ years as testing consultant, emphasis on IVR, telecom, contact center testing.
• Experience leading projects to completion.
• Excellent communication, self‑starter.
• Experience with formal SDLC/STLC, testing methodologies, and good testing practices.
• Planning, designing, executing complex testing solutions: functional, regression, end‑to‑end.
• Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, creating and updating test cases, test data, executing tests, logging and tracking defects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with QA analysts, test leads, developers, and BAs.
• Previous IVR and interface testing experience, including skill‑based routing testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business.
• Experience with Excel and Rational.
• QA certification highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
