Third Shift Quality Control Lab Technician
Our client, an industry leader in mineral processing and quality control, is seeking a dedicated Third Shift Quality Control Lab Technician to join their team. As a Third Shift Quality Control Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the laboratory department supporting quality assurance and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong independence, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Rockwood, MI
Pay Range: $18.00
Shift: Monday through Friday, 11pm - 7:30am. Monday shift starts on Sunday at 11PM, Friday shift starts Thursday at 11PM and ends on Friday at 7:30AM.
What's the Job?- Obtain samples for laboratory analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare samples accurately for testing procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory analyses to assess chemical and physical properties.
- Update and maintain data in the computer database with analysis results.
- Prepare detailed written reports documenting work activities and findings.
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to working safely and following safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
