• Environment: Clean | structured | detail-focused manufacturing

• Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools
• Inspect parts under a microscope for dimensional and cosmetic quality
• Use small tools to deburr or adjust parts under magnification
• Approve or reject finished products based on quality standards
• Read and follow blueprints and engineering specifications
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues

• Prior manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for extended periods
• Comfortable working with microscopes and precision tools
• Basic math skills and ability to follow technical instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment

• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Previous quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with vision systems (Keyence or similar)
