Litehouse Foods - 1400 Foreman St SE - Responsibilities:
Perform in-process checks, inspections, and analytical tests to ensure product quality and safety;
Conduct line checks, first case checks, and beaker weight measurements;
Review and sign off on MVI jobs; pull reports and update ERP/SharePoint as needed;
Perform analytical tests such as titrations and specification reviews;
Verify sanitation procedures and environmental monitoring; document findings per food safety protocols
