Welch's is seeking an experienced Food Safety and Quality Supervisor for our 24/7 Lawton, Michigan facility. You will provide technical leadership across plant operations, translate R&D formulas into production-ready recipes, and ensure all products meet the highest safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The role is on-site from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support during harvest.
