Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee all aspects of product quality from raw material to finished goods.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate on quality improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising quality personnel.
