Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

We are partnering with organizations in Plainwell that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA, CSSBB)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality management modules
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
