$63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
- Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Train and mentor quality personnel on best practices and quality tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or customer base
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring or developing quality professionals
