Transnationtitle is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Title Examiner to review residential real property records, determine ownership and title issues, and prepare clear title commitments for closings.
You will support escrow officers, closing teams, and lenders by researching records and resolving title matters efficiently. A high school diploma is required;
Michigan license or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred. This full-time role permits hybrid work and access to benefits.
