Internship In R&D Formulation Chemistry
Are you interested in chemistry, formulation, and innovative processes? Do you want to contribute to the improvement of seed treatments in a dynamic R&D environment? Join our chemistry laboratory as an intern!
Your Missions Integrated into the chemistry laboratory of the R&D Seed Technology service, you will support the team in developing and testing innovative seed treatment and coating solutions, from the laboratory to industrial transfer. You will be reporting to the Operational Manager of the R&D Laboratory Techno Seed and supervised by the R&D Specialist Techno Seed Chemistry. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Research & Development (80%):
Participate in various ongoing R&D projects, contribute to the definition of experimentation plans, conduct formulation, application, and characterization tests, and analyze and interpret experimental results. - Industrial Transfer (10%):
Accompany the transfer of laboratory-developed processes to the factory and contribute to the realization of support tests in conjunction with industrial teams. - Laboratory Life (10%):
Participate in common laboratory tasks and attend service meetings and cross-functional exchanges.
What We Expect From You You are preparing a diploma at the level of Bac +2 to Bachelor's degree in chemistry, ideally with a specialization in formulation. You ideally have prior laboratory experience, gained through internships, apprenticeships, or practical work (painting, coating, cosmetics, etc.). You are comfortable with office tools, particularly Excel for data processing and Word for writing. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and versatility.
You enjoy working in teams and collaborative environments. Proficiency in scientific English is desirable. An interest in the field of plant science is an asset.
