Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for all customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety and profitability, communicating with future Shift Managers, and supporting department goals.
