Food & Beverage Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
:
Provides excellent customer service to dining room guests. Works as a team with other servers and back of the house
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
:
- Prepare dining room for dinner service
- Take and process member orders in a timely fashion
- Be familiar with dinner menu and answer necessary questions
- Memorize drink and dessert menu
- Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking and order entry
- Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS
: NA
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
:
Three to five years of fine dining experience
* This position is eligible for tips in addition to hourly rate.
