We are comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall located in the lakes area of Oakland County. We invite you to join our talented team that is committed to providing an amazing dining experience to our guests whom we treat like family!

The Bar Back/Busser's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by clearing tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware. The role also includes sanitizing the tables and surrounding areas, replacing table linens, and setting tables for the next guest.

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after guests are finished
• Sanitize tables and chairs
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments or other needed supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning
• Help to restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies
• Maintain the dinning room
• Assist Bartenders in cleaning glassware, removing bus tubs and stocking bar

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
