REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager
SUPERVISES: NA
POSITION SUMMARY: Mix and serve beverages based on member requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic, innovative drinks in accordance with members’ needs
- Maintains proper inventory of all bar items
- Works quickly and efficiently to ensure fast service
- Cocktail server and present wine service as needed
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING
QUALIFICATIONS:
TIPs certification desirable, knowledge of wine and other drinks.
EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Three to five years of experience as a bartender.
This position is eligible for tips in addition to hourly rate.
