Golden Corral - - Responsibilities:
Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grills items to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality;
Maintains correct temperature of products during cooking, holding and serving;
Restocks and rotates food using FIFO; conducts opening and closing procedures;
Keeps Hot Cook area and smallwares clean and ensures sanitation and quality standards
