• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the franchisee’s leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and resources to improve department operations.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, future‑ready team.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with all corporate, franchise, and local regulations.

• Minimum of two (2) years of General Manager (Store Manager) experience at high‑volume fast‑service restaurants.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
