3 North Vines is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our small winery family. This is a perfect position for someone looking for part-time work in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

We're primarily looking for someone who is available:

• Fridays
• Some Saturdays and Sundays
• Occasional Mondays (most are already covered)
• Possibility of some Thursdays

Hours will vary by season and events, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work.

No winery experience? No problem—we'll train the right person!

Your day may include:

• Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service
• Pouring wine and hard cider tastings (must be 18+ under Michigan law, 21+ preferred)
• Serving drinks and food
• Explaining our wines, ciders, and menu items
• Running the register and processing sales
• Keeping the tasting room clean, stocked, and inviting
• Helping with special events and occasional weddings
• Working as part of a small, supportive team

• Friendly and enjoys talking with people
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
• Willing to learn
• Able to stay busy during slower times and thrive during busy weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and spend most of the shift on your feet
