Back of House (BOH)
Team Members for our Kitchen

Team - including line cookandprep cookroles:

• No experience necessary, training provided
• Openings available for day & evening shifts
• Full-time and part-time hours available
• We offer competitive wages with opportunity for self-led raises in the first three months

Some responsibilities of all Kitchen Team Members in the Back of House include:

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members
• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
• Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas
• Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts

Specific Kitchen Team Member duties include:

• Work as a line cookandprep cook, preparing every meal with care and consistency
• Handle food prep- portioning, breading, and prepping ingredients - with a strong focus on food safety and quality
• Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts
• Keep yourkitchenstation clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods
• Own your impact on the Customer experience

• Pay ranging from $15/hour to $18/hour based on availability & experience (must be age 17+)
