Line Cook​/BBQ Smoker

We are seeking a versatile Line Cook and BBQ Smoker to join our team in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in a culinary setting, we welcome you to apply.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the kitchen lead / GM to place orders

• Experience as a Line Cook, BBQ Smoker or Prep Cook in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen environment
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

• Kitchen operations knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques
• Culinary skills
• Catering experience is a plus
• Familiarity with food industry standards
