Back of House Team Member

We are looking for Back of House Team Members! Physical ability to repeatedly lift 15-20lbs is a requirement for some positions within the kitchen. As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Roxboro, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring order accuracy. • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Follow Chick-fil-A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards
• Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed

• Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs

• Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy
• Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
• Support fellow team members in their roles to maintain a high level of efficiency and service excellence

• Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment

• Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
