At the Dexter A&W Drive-In we promote a fun, happy atmosphere where you will make friends and learn to work hard, all while earning a great pay! As part of our team, your attentiveness and energy are essentail to provide the experience our guests expect.
Starting pay is $13/hour and based on prior job experince. Work schedules can vary to accommodate your everyday life schedule. Our shifts run from 11:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. and 4:00p.m. to close. During the summer we close at 9:00pm and 8:00pm during the school year. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas thru New Years. All of our Team Members start in the kitchen with the option to progress to carhop service (waitstaff) as experience is gained.
