We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is responsible for ensuring high service standards, developing team members, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and profitable restaurant environment. Customer Experience

• Champion a culture of outstanding guest service and hospitality
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for all guests
• Monitor service flow and step in to support during peak hours

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff
• Set clear expectations for service standards and performance
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards

Financial Performance

• Monitor and manage labor and food costs
• Analyze sales, customer trends, and performance metrics
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
• Handle cash management and reporting responsibilities

Quality Control

• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Conduct regular checks on service, food presentation, and cleanliness

• 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and health regulations

• Experience improving customer satisfaction scores or online reviews
• Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
