Rau's Store - Assistant Store Manager

Position: Rau's Country Store - Assistant Store Manager
Location: Frankenmuth

Hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm, 37-40 Hours per Week, Variety of shifts, must be available 7 days a week. Must be available weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Must be 18 years of age.

Job Description: Oversees all functions of the store operation as delegated by the Store Manager or General Manager.

Handles guest complaints and responds to guests appropriately in a timely manner.

Keeps abreast of new trends through study, industry and community meetings.

Responsible for scheduling of department employees, utilization of Time and Attendance.

Assists in ordering supplies.

Responsible for the sales, expenses, and profits of the shop in the absence of the store manager, store appearance and displays in the absence of store manager.

Assists with monthly and year end inventories, Inventory keeping, Monthly meetings, assigned projects, reports, etc.
