Outlet Stock Associate - Bloomfield Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, processing, and stocking of outlet merchandise to ensure accurate inventory and exceptional presentation. Support movement of product from delivery to sales floor while maintaining a safe and organized environment and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Move product seamlessly between stockroom and sales floor
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical activities including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
