We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to help maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring our products are easily accessible and inventory is accurate. If you are passionate about youth culture and want to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is for you!

• Contribute to store achievements and initiatives.
• Act with professionalism when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Meet company standards for appearance, product knowledge, and store operations.
• Efficiently execute tasks handed down by management within assigned timelines.
• Communicate weekly with store management regarding stock availability and damages.
• Adhere to store operating procedures and policies diligently.
• Keep shelves and the stockroom well-stocked, organized, clean, tagged, and signed.
• Uphold high merchandise standards in the stockroom.
• Ensure hangers are sorted and stored correctly.
• Condense styles and ensure fixtures are organized.
• Maintain ongoing awareness of store stock levels.
• Exercise control over merchandise consistently.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or stock experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Present a neat appearance and maintain good personal grooming.
• Capability to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortably lift between 15-30 pounds.
