• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and execute brand standards on the sales floor
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Utilize retail technology and alternative purchase methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and strengthen customer connectivity
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation is upheld at all times
• Assist customers with product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate the register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
