Overview

Auto-Wares Group of Companies is seeking a Full-Time Counterperson at Auto Value Lakeview, Lakeview, MI. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to delivering top-notch service every day.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday–Friday with Saturdays on rotation.

• Conduct all activities with a customer-focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
• Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in-person communication, and more.
• Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
• Support customers’ needs by offering all product options and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
• Contribute to the store’s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive field.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years (if over 25) or past 5 years (if under 25).
• No more than one at-fault accident.
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of the position, including a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms.
