Position Summary
Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, you may move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick‑up orders, or help members while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced, physically demanding job can feel like a workout, but you’ll be paid for it.

- Promptly unload trucks
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; offer guidance and support regarding self‑service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; promote company products and services. Maintain facility safety by performing safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials properly. Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to policies by zoning, stocking, arranging, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damaged products.
Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
