Operate cash register and electronic scanner to itemize customer purchases; handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, rain checks, voids, and coupons accurately; weigh and bag customer purchases; maintain front-end merchandising and understand PLU usage; communicate store programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers; ensure compliance with security, cash handling, and safety procedures;
assist with stocking items as needed
