Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Entry Level Manager at our Caro Store located 1560 W Caro Rd, Caro, MI 48723.

Salary: $17.00 an hour plus a 20% discount on in-store purchases.

• Supervise and train store staff.
• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
• Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling.
• Deliver good customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints.
• Stock and return merchandise per company directive.
• Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use a cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures.
• Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.
• Ability to reach, bend or stoop.
• Ability to stand six to eight hours a day.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License.
• Ability to push, pull and operate a pallet jack.
• Telephone access required.
• Problem solving quickly and efficiently.
• Positive, cheerful and professional demeanor.
