Office Manager

Nutri-Health, Lambertville, MI – Seeking a Store Manager!

35-40 hours a week | Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays

Do you love learning about real nutrition and helping others feel their best? Nutri-Health is looking for a friendly, dependable person to help run our store! This is a laid‑back, welcoming shop where our customers become like family. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in health and wellness, and who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

The right person will have a passion for nutrition, healthy living, and genuinely helping people feel their best.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and help customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Answer basic questions about the products (be eager to learn and pass that knowledge on to customers).
• Keep the store tidy, stocked, and organized.
• Fulfill in‑store and mail orders, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Book appointments for nutritional consultations.
• Open and close the store daily.
• Manage inventory, including placing orders with vendors.

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, people‑first attitude.
• Great etiquette, both in‑person and on the phone.
• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
• Comfortable learning about our nutritional products and conveying information to customers.
• Basic office skills, including light computer use, phone calls, credit card processing.
• Some lifting required for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Willingness to run quick errands, like taking shipments to the nearby post office.

Schedule: Storefront hours are 10am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday and 10am – 3pm on Saturdays (as needed).
