This role focuses on delivering informative and engaging sessions, supporting customers with pet care guidance, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Set up and clean Puppy Preschool rooms and equipment and prepare training materials as required.
• Deliver informative and engaging Puppy Preschool training sessions to customers.
• Facilitate participant learning to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions.
• Complete sales transactions and contribute to store sales goals.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation; ensure new stock is displayed promptly and replenish stock as needed.
• Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge on pet care, products, and services up to date.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive in-store culture where the team enjoys coming to work.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and promote a culture of safety within the team.

• Experience in dog training.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• A passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
