Ollie's Bargain Outlet - - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes meet expectations;
Oversee stocking of merchandise on the sales floor and proper scheduling/staffing for unloading/processing;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up; perform all Team Leader functions to open/close the store
