Greet customers and provide real-time coaching to the store team to enhance customer experience;
Empower the team to make brand-aligned decisions and deliver exceptional customer service;
Cultivate product and promotion knowledge to explain value and build brand loyalty;
Analyze store trends and opportunities; implement strategies to meet brand standards and business goals;
Oversee merchandising execution and analyze top and slow-selling items to drive sales;
Enforce company policies and provide loss prevention training to staff;
Direct payroll and scheduling in alignment with budgets and manage store expenses;
Conduct strategic business analysis and communicate opportunities to senior leadership;
Recruit, develop, and manage performance of store team; supervise succession planning;
Motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales goals while upholding brand standards
