Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display changes
• Represent Mondelēz and its brands in stores
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order shelf and display product via iPad tablet to ensure products remain in stock
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management
• Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location, Bad Axe, MI
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Start time between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM
