Bakery Manager

Role Overview:

Lead daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff training, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards to meet key performance goals.

• Manage inventory, validate received products, oversee stocking and production tasks, and maintain product quality and freshness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and safety guidelines, implement work schedules and labor controls, and develop department goals and forecasts.
• Facilitate communication through meetings and manage department appearance and organization.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and career development of associates.
• Monitor KPI achievement and execute company policies and standards, including promotional activities and store cleanliness.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred retail and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail systems and MS Office.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are desirable.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a varied environment.
