Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures proper staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and financial integrity through cash handling and security practices. Leads customer service efforts, maintains a clean and safe store environment, and adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees while complying with labor laws.
• Train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address performance gaps.
• Manage store opening/closing, monitor sales and expenses, and analyze operating statements for business trends.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, security, and store safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a well-organized store environment.
• Complete necessary documentation and ensure team compliance with policies.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies.
• Management experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, stand/walk frequently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.
