- - Responsibilities:
Investigate internal and external theft, including Organized Retail Crime activity;
Visually inspect building exterior and parking areas to mitigate hazards;
Conduct backroom and sales-floor walking inspections;
Review cashier exception and theft activity reports and follow up as needed;
Conduct shoplifting surveillance and assist in prosecution of external theft cases;
Document and write incident reports with pertinent facts for litigation;
Testify in criminal or civil court proceedings;
Report safety hazards to store leadership for corrective action;
Assist in testing and inspecting camera equipment and alarm systems
