Center Store Lead

Spartan Nash Associates, LLC is seeking a Center Store Lead to drive excellence in our grocery center store. In this role, you'll lead daily operations for dry grocery, frozen and dairy, ensuring shelves are full, clean and merchandised to planograms. You'll coordinate ordering, inventory accuracy, stock rotation and pricing, while coaching associates on service and task execution. Partnering with store leadership, you'll support sales and shrink goals, uphold food safety and company standards, and help create a welcoming, people first shopping experience that reflects our values of service, integrity and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the center store (dry grocery, frozen, dairy) to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee merchandising, planogram execution, and promotional displays to drive traffic and basket size.
• Manage inventory accuracy, ordering, stock rotation, and backroom organization to minimize shrink.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and compliance with company and regulatory standards, including food safety.
• Coach and direct center store associates, supporting scheduling, task delegation, and on the job training.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming shopping environment.
