Part-Time Sales Associate

The Style Guru is an elevated women’s boutique where style meets lifestyle. We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of fashion-forward pieces while creating a personalized, welcoming shopping experience that helps every woman feel confident in what she wears.

We’re looking for a
Part-Time Sales Associate
who is outgoing, dependable, personable, and comfortable connecting with customers. You don’t have to be a professional stylist—but you should enjoy fashion, have an eye for putting things together, and be comfortable offering honest, thoughtful suggestions that help our customers find what works for their personal style.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers while creating a friendly, personalized shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection, outfit ideas, sizing, and styling recommendations
• Process purchases and operate the point-of-sale system
• Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, displays, and overall appearance of the boutique
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Package and prepare online orders
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures
• Support promotions, events, and other day-to-day store needs
• Learn our products and brand so you can confidently make recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Genuine interest in fashion and personal style
• Comfortable giving helpful and honest styling feedback
• Detail-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much

This is a part-time position with hours scheduled based on business needs; a set number of weekly hours is not guaranteed. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule that may vary from week to week.
