Falmouth Quick Stop-Customer Service Associate

Ebels Quick Stop in Falmouth is seeking a part-time, dependable, and community-minded Customer Service Associate to join our friendly team. This position plays a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers by processing transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a smooth operation at our fuel station and convenience area. Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with people, take pride in their work, and be eager to learn and grow with our company.

Compensation for this position ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service at the register and fuel pumps.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Monitor fuel pumps, assist customers as needed, and ensure that pump areas remain clean and safe.
• Stock and organize merchandise, beverages, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and inviting store.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales area, restrooms, and exterior areas throughout the shift.
• Check expiration dates, rotate stock, and ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including handling of fuel and hazardous materials.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall station operations.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Quick Stop hours, Monday
  - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00 Noon
