Sales Consultant

Overview

One of Southeastern Michigan's leading builders, Robertson Homes, has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time sales consultant at one of our well located communities with the potential to earn a six figure income!
If you have a proven track record of success in sales then we want to talk with you!

You’ll enjoy going to work everyday when you are meeting new people and helping them during one of the biggest and most exciting times in their life. The ideal motivated candidate will be focused on:

• Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals
• Touring and educating prospects on all homes, selections and amenities
• Engaging and developing relationships in the Realtor community
• Generating leads through the implementing of community specific self-marketing (in addition to corporate marketing)
• Preparing and explaining purchase paperwork for each purchaser according to company standards
• Assisting purchasers with selections at our state-of-the-art Design Center
• Being knowledgeable of current mortgage lending options
• Have a keen focus on creating the ideal customer experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A thorough understanding of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• The ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures, including frequent CRM updates

Real Estate license preferred, but not required

You must be willing to work weekends. Every weekend.
