Enterprise Business Sales Executive

Join our growing team at Michigan Broadband Services! As a key member of our organization, you will help advance our mission to deliver reliable, high quality broadband solutions and cutting-edge technology across communities throughout Upper and Northern Lower Michigan. This role will be instrumental in building, developing, and managing a high-performing enterprise sales team while driving strategic business growth and expanding customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Renew and expand customer contracts to drive continued revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, and utilization of various sales tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships in the corporate and IT community to generate qualified leads.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging telecommunications technologies.
  • Travel throughout Michigan to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, IT, or related technology fields.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing large, complex deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the broadband industry.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
