Harbor Shores Insurance & Financial is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to handle inbound calls, service requests, and turn everyday conversations into meaningful protection opportunities.
This is not a cold-calling role. This is not high-pressure selling.

What This Role Actually DoesYou will be the first voice many customers hear when they call our agency.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound service calls (billing, claims, policy changes)
- Review coverages and explain them clearly
- Identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities
- Transition service calls into sales conversations naturally
- Conduct customer policy reviews
- Follow up on renewal increases and rate questions
- Support retention by delivering world‑class experiences
- Meet daily revenue and activity expectations

Compensation- Base salary + commission (W2)
- Bonuses for cross‑sell and retention performance
- Additional promotions and incentives
- Realistic earning potential: $50,000–$75,000+
- Long-term growth into senior service or sales roles

No insurance experience required — we train. Michigan Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain (we help you through the process).
