* Beginners:
Start at $35,000 - $70,000+ annually (performance-based). Paid training at $20/hour for the first 60 days plus sales incentives.

* Must be at least 18 years old

* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Michigan real estate license required prior to the start of training.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment

* Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact comfortably with customers is vital
