Sales Manager – Inside

Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Clients wants a background in Printing or Paper sales/industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position, preferably B2B
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with sales CRM systems
  • High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision
Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute national inside sales initiatives, reporting directly to the VP of Sales
  • Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with leadership, customer service, and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities
  • Follow up on new business leads via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and prepare performance reports
