We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our sales team. No prior car sales experience required — we’ll train you!

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding service

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented person who works well with others
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn top commissions
