Barrett Roofing is seeking highly motivated and energetic Outside Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates need to have outgoing personalities, exceptional customer service and great negotiation skills to close deals.

• Prompt response to all customer inquiries
• Carrying ladders, climbing roofs, identifying storm damage and being present for insurance adjustments
• Communicate effectively and display professional mannerism
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions
  
  Door to door engagement with local residents

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in outside roofing sales or other door to door sales trade
• Manage time efficiently, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder
• Maintain a positive attitude, ability to be persistent and punctual
